Senior Pastor: Rick Crampton
If
you're looking for a pastor/teacher who teaches through the Bible expositionally
and applies the Bible’s teaching to everyday life, I’m your man. I love the
infallible, inerrant Word of God and preach it with passion! My burning desire
is to equip God’s people with a solid understanding of the Scriptures and their
application for life. If you like, you can listen to some of my messages on this
website. It’s my prayer that they will both encourage and challenge you as you
seek to live for God's glory. rcrampton@lvcchurch.org

Assistant Pastor/Worship Leader/Elder Chair: Bill Keys
If you like to praise God for who He is and what He's done, then come join us for worship. We believe that it is essential that God's people meet together each week with the expectation of experiencing God on a personal level. It is through an intimate connection in times of worship and prayer that we are touched and transformed by His holy presence. If you're ready to be changed and moved to a whole new level in your walk with our Savior, then come and join us as we give all glory and honor to our Holy God.

Deacon Chairman: Maxo Maceno
The Deacons ensure the spiritual, emotional, physical, and fellowship needs of all members and acting to meet those needs insofar as it is possible by maintaining regular contact with them. They seek to preserve and protect the spiritual integrity of the church and its leadership. Deacons seek to be model servants for the congregation.

Lead Shepherd: Garrick Eppinger
Shepherds are people who have the gifts of mercy, helps, and related qualifications, who willingly accept responsibility for watching over the welfare of a certain number of members and their families. The Shepherding Program supplements pastoral ministry. Members can ask for a pastor’s help at any time without going through their shepherd, and a shepherd is expected to call for a pastor’s assistance in instances where help is needed which are beyond the shepherd’s capabilities.

Administrative Team Leader/Treasurer: John Clark
The Administrative
Team ensures that the business affairs of the church are properly conducted. Its
areas of responsibility include budgeting, finance, major purchases, personnel,
legal, insurance, property acquisition and maintenance, and membership records.

Teaching Team Leader:
Jody Crampton
The Teaching Team facilitates spiritual growth by providing opportunities for Bible teaching and discipleship. Opportunities include: Bible study classes for all ages from babies to adults; small groups and mentoring. We seek to provide Bible teaching that is relevant to real life situations. Also, we train Christians to use their Spiritual gifts to glorify God and serve the church.
